10.4 Application Examples
10.4.1 Debug Environment
Figure 10-2 on page 49 shows a complete debug environment example. The ICE/JTAG interface is used for stan-
dard debugging functions, such as downloading code and single-stepping through the program. A software
debugger running on a personal computer provides the user interface for configuring a Trace Port interface utilizing
the ICE/JTAG interface.
