5.0 VBAT
The 23LCV512 features an internal switch that will
maintain the SRAM contents. In the event that the V
CC
supply is not available, the voltage applied to the VBAT
pin serves as the backup supply.
The V
BAT trip point is the point at which the internal
switch operates the device from the V
BAT supply and is
typically 1.8V (VTRIP specification D012). When V
CC
falls below the VTRIP point the system will continue to
maintain the SRAM contents.
