Det forudsættes at prægemaskinen er
monteret i en anden maskine (værts-
maskinen) og forsynes med el-, trykluft og
startsignal fra denne.
Læs evt. værtsmaskinens manual, så-
fremt der er problemer med tilførsel /
tilslutning af el-, trykluft og startsignal.
Såfremt prægemaskinen er leveret fra
Elmoprint i en bordopstilling (el. lign.), vil
de nødvendige oplysninger fremgå af et
tillæg til denne manual.
Ca. 10 min. før prægemaskinen skal
bruges, tændes for kontakt 1 (varme) og
potmeter 2 stilles på den ønskede
temperatur, f. eks. 135 °C.
Under opvarmning vil den røde lampe
lyse konstant, indtil den ønskede
temperatur er opnået, hvorefter samme
lampe vil starte på at blinke.
På kontakt 3 (tid) tændes for maskinen og
på potmeter 4 kan prægetiden indstilles.
Den mest normale tid ligger på 0,1 - 0,2
sek.

We presume that the printer is mounted
in an other machine (the host machine)
and supplied with power-, compressed air
and startsignal fra the host.
You may need to read the manual for the
host machine to get info about turning
on/off the supply of power- air and start-
signal.
If the printer is delivered from Elmoprint in
a table frame (or likewise), you may find
the necessary information in an appendix
to this manual.
Turn on the heat (pos. 1) approx. 10 min.
before the hot stamping machine is taking
into use, and set potentiometer (pos. 2) at
the desired temperature, (135°C for
example).
While it’s heating up, the red LED will
shine continuously until the desired
temperature is reached, where upon this
same LED will start flashing.
Switch the time on (pos. 3) and set the
imprinting time on potentiometer (pos.4).
In most cases this will be between 0,1
and 0,2 seconds.
