3.3 Mandatory requirements, personnel
3.3.1 Work safety
All applicable work safety regulations (in-house and national) must be observed.
3.3.2 Qualification of personnel
It must be ensured that only suitably qualified persons work with the device. These persons must be
informed of all hazards and risks associated with the device.
The following persons must be suitably qualified according to the work to be completed:

Operating personnel instructed in the application

Persons suitably qualified for the work to be completed

Persons need no special knowledge

3.3.3 Operating Instructions
It must be ensured that any person working with the device in any phase of its lifespan has read and
understood the relevant sections of the Operating Instructions.
3.3.4 Installation, maintenance and disposal
It must be ensured that the device is properly connected, mounted, maintained and disposed of in
compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations.
3.3.5 Prohibited use
The implementation of safety functions (relating to the protection of personnel and machinery) using the
device is prohibited.
