The rapid growth of LED lighting applications in
commercial, industrial and automotive markets has led
to a wide variety of technical challenges for LED Drivers.
Micrel is meeting these challenges with simple
step-down LED Drivers such as the MIC3202 and MIC3203.
The MIC3202 is a hysteristic step–down LED Driver
with integrated MOSFET capable of driving up
to 10 HBLEDs with constant currents up to 1A in a
thermally enhanced exposed pad SOIC-8L package.
The MIC3203 is a hysteristic step–down LED Driver with
an external MOSFET capable of driving up to 10 HBLEDs
with power levels up to 40W in a SOIC-8L package.
