In case of a failure during operation, one of the following messages may appear on
the display:
Message Troubleshooting
NO CLOCK
Check whether:
• A 30A fuse is installed in the fuse holder on the red wire
of the power cable.
SYN FAIL
Perform a built-in test (BITE) for more information.
PW LATCH
Perform a built-in test (BITE) for more information.
OVER TMP
Check whether:
• There is any fan obstruction
• Perform a built-in test (BITE) for more information.
CU-LIMIT
Check whether:
• The radio is programmed to TUNER OFF if
your antenna system is not equipped with an ATU
• A short circuit occurred in the antenna’s coax
• The ATU is in working condition.
NOT PROG
(This message appears
if three is a failure in the
DC power to the radio
during RSS programming)
Check whether:
• The radio is not programmed and the baud rate is 1200
bit/sec. If necessary, program the radio parameters
(from RSS).
