• A window for Microsoft ActiveSync - which is now installed on your computer - appears, prompting you

to connect your portable device to the PC; click on "Cancel".

• Remove the ViaMichelin DVD-ROM from the drive and reinsert it to restart the installation procedure.

17.2.1.2. “WCEUBSH.SYS” DRIVER INSTALLATION

In Windows 2000, if the ViaMichelin portable GPS device is detected by the PC and the corresponding driver is

not installed, the system asks you to install the file in which it is located:

• Click on

“Browse…”.

• If the ViaMichelin DVD-ROM is not in the DVD drive of the PC, click on

“Cancel” and insert the

ViaMichelin DVD-ROM in the drive.

• Select the DVD drive in which you inserted the ViaMichelin DVD-ROM and click on

“Open”. The driver

is now installed on your PC.

• Click on

“Next >”.

• Click on "Yes" to accept the license agreement.

If you click on "No", the installation programme will terminate without installing the Content Manager

application on your PC.
