How To Order
Units and accessories are ordered through authorized Mi-T-M dealers and distributors.
- Be prepared to advise the Mi-T-M Customer Service Representative of your Mi-T-M account number,
model numbers, parts and descriptions.
- Indicate your purchase order number and full name on order.
- Specify exact shipping instructions.
- With fax and/or mail-in orders, give full name, Mi-T-M account number, zip code, and telephone number.

Sales Policy
Products are sold through authorized Mi-T-M Dealers, National Accounts and Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEMs) as
recognized by Mi-T-M. All new customers must complete a credit application. Mi-T-M will perform a credit check, and upon
approval the customer will receive an account number and a line of credit.
Production Schedule
Customers can anticipate a lead time of one week for cold water pressure washers, air compressors, air compressor/generator
combinations, air compressor/generator/welder combinations, portable generators, portable heaters, jobsite boxes, wet/dry
vacuums and water pumps; a two week lead time for hot water pressure washers. Special units will require additional lead time.
Shipping
Orders shipped without specific shipping instructions are shipped "best way" as determined by the Mi-T-M shipping department.
Mi-T-M assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding air freight deliveries. Please allow seven working days
before requesting tracking on lost or late shipments. In an effort to deliver Mi-T-M products to our customers in a timely manner,
Mi-T-M developed a program where whole goods (pressure washers, air compressors, air compressor/generator combinations,
air compressor/generator/welder combinations, portable generators, portable heaters, jobsite boxes, wet/dry vacuums and water
pumps) and parts are shipped from separate locations in our facility. Our freight policy has not changed. Our customers are still
responsible for outgoing freight on parts and whole goods. This may be altered by any minimum qualifying freight programs.
Our goal is to process all orders as soon as we receive them, our system will no longer allow additional items to be added to a
previously processed order. Any additional orders will be handled as new orders.
Freight Terms
- All water treatment systems and parts – F.O.B. Peosta
- Any combination of pressure washers, air compressors, air compressor/generator combinations, air compressor/generator/welder
combinations, portable generators, portable heaters, wet/dry vacuums or water pumps – may qualify for prepaid freight
- Jobsite boxes – prepaid on 1,000 lbs. or more - Detergents – prepaid on twelve cases
- Parts – prepaid and add - Trailer units – prepaid and add
Warranty
All warranty claims and returns of goods for repair shall be governed by the express terms of the Mi-T-M warranty, as provided in
the conditions of our warranty, and limited to the replacement of defective parts, as provided in the conditions of the Mi-T-M
warranty. To submit awarranty claim online go to www.mitm.com and click on Warranty Claims link (top right corner).
Merchandise Return
Mi-T-M must be contacted before any product is returned. The customer will receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number
prior to the item being returned. Mi-T-M reserves the right to refuse returned products. Products must be in new and resalable
condition. Products must be current production components. All products must be returned freight prepaid at shippers expense.
Products returned C.O.D. for any reason will be refused. Credit not to exceed original purchase price will be issued for approved
returned products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Submission of Claims
All damages to merchandise – either internal or external – must be reported to the carrier shipping such merchandise, to permit an
inspection report to be filed immediately. Claims of shortage of cartons, crates or boxes must be properly submitted to the carrier;
claims for errors or shortages of contents must be submitted to Mi-T-M within 24 hours after delivery of such merchandise.
In a continued commitment to improve quality, Mi-T-M reserves the right to make component or design
changes when necessary.
