Just like every year, Screen magazine and their cooperation
partner N-TV have called on their readers and viewers
respectively to rate their own home cinema hardware.
The user survey, carried out across the readers of Screen
magazine and the viewers of N-TV, investigated customer
satisfaction with regard to various home cinema components.
The brands with the most satis ed customers were chosen.
As in the previous year, the analysis of the survey was carried
out in cooperation with DISQ GmbH, the German Institute
for Service Quality. Metz was voted No. 1 in the “TV devices”
category for 2013. Metz is particularly pleased to have
received this award on our 75th anniversary year.
