Funktion
Für die verschiedenen Sprach- und
Datendienste sind in den internati-
onalen Richtlinien unterschiedliche
Buchsenkontaktbelegungen festge-
legt worden.
Damit die Signalleitungen an den
richtigen Kontakten der Endgeräte
angelegt sind, wurden für den Cable
sharing Adapter pnp verschiedene
Ausführungen entwickelt:
• mit Kontaktbelegung
3, 6, 4, 5 (Token Ring,
Telefonanschluss, ISDN)
• und mit Kontaktbelegung
1, 2, 3, 6 (Ethernet usw.)

To make sure that the signal lines will
be wired to the right contact at the
terminal equipment the Cable
Sharing Adapter pnp is available in
the following versions:

1, 2, 3, 6 (Ethernet etc.)

Der Cable sharing Adapter pnp wird
immer paarweise eingesetzt. Auf
der einen Seite am Verteiler, um die
beiden Dienste auf die Installations-
leitung aufzuschalten und auf der
anderen Seite (z. B. an der Dose), um
die Dienste vom 8-adrigen Anschluss
wieder abzugreifen.
Durch die flexible Anschlussschnur
wird eine optimale Verteilung der
Zugkräfte erreicht, die von der An-
schlussschnur der Endgeräte bzw.
von den Patch-kabeln auf den Ad-
apter einwirken.

The Cable Sharing Adapter pnp is
always installed in pairs. On the
distribution side the two services
are connected to the installation line
through the adapter. On the terminal
side the adapter is connected to the
wall outlet to collect and direct the
services from the 8 wire line to the
terminal devices.
The Cable Sharing Adapter pnp is
designed to allow plugging several
adapters side-by-side in adjacent
patch panel or wall outlet jacks. Its
flexible cable will distribute the strain
in all directions. The electric features
of this adapter allow its use in Class
E cabling systems according to ISO
IEC 118 01.

Le Cable sharing Adapter pnp est
toujours utilisé par paires. D‘un côté
au répartiteur pour transmettre les
deux services au câble d‘installation
et de l‘autre côté (par ex. à l‘unité de
raccordement) pour resaisir les ser-
vices du raccordement à 8 brins.
Le câble flexible répartit les forces de
traction dans toutes les directions.
Les caractéristiques électriques de
l‘adaptateur permettent de l‘utiliser
dans des câblages de la classe E
selon ISO IEC 11801.
