Clean the scale regularly with a towel, making sure that no water comes into the housing. The platter can be removed
and washed down, with normal household cleaning fluid.
When the scale shows an error message, always first turn off the
scale, wait for approx. 5 seconds and turn on the scale. Refer to
the error message list, when the error message is still in the
display. Error message list:
E11 RAM error
E16 ROM error
E18 EEPROM error
