Traffic Flow
DESCRIPTION
The UltraLink Traffic Flow system detects and counts shoppers
entering and leaving the store, time-stamps each count, and
delivers the information to a central location where reports can be
generated for management’s review. The system provides
retailers with valuable information for judging the success of
sales promotions, determining sales closure rates, scheduling
employees, designing store layouts and merchandising displays,
and more.
The UltraLink Traffic Flow system is offered as a stand alone unit
or as an option with the UltraLink alarm management system. Both
are part of the Sensormatic SmartEAS
®
suite of retail solutions.

• Produces and displays real-time occupancy total (INs
minus OUTs for entire store)
• Produces and displays cumulative Total (total IN and
OUT for store)

• Displays door type (e.g. “entrance only door” or “exit
only door”)
