Error/Error message Cause Rectification
Overload ➞ Remove sample from weighing pan, zero
again (tare).
Underload ➞ Check whether weighing pan is
positioned properly.
No stability
• in taring or adjusting (calibration) ➞ Wait for stability before pressing key.
• when reference weight for piece counting ➞ Ensure more stable ambient conditions.
