Azulejos Cerámicos Cuadrados No Glaseados
1. FLOOR LAYOUT
Find the center of the longest wall in the room. At
90º to that point, snap a chalk line across the floor.
To the right of the center line, lay down a row of
loose tile with 3/8'' space between. If you have
less than half a tile at the end of this row, erase
and snap a new center line 1/2 tile width to the left

2. APPLYING ADHESIVE
Starting in a corner farthest from the door, work a
small area at a time mixing and applying adhesive
(Thinset Mortar). Apply with the flat side of a 3/8"
notched trowel, then "comb" the adhesive with the
notched side. As you go, spread adhesive thinly on
the back of each tile, gently setting and wiggling each
tile into place leaving 3/8" between...and removing
excess adhesive from the tile's surface. After each
grid square is set, place a 2" x 4" beating block
diagonal to the tile joints and tap with a rubber mallet
to embed tile and align their surfaces and edges.
2. APLICACION DEL ADHESIVO
Comience desde la esquina más alejada de la
puerta, trabaje una pequena área por vez que

3. GROUTING
Mix grout according to instructions on label. Push
grout into 3/8" spaces between tile with a rubber
"Float" trowel. Then, working diagonal to joints, hold
trowel at 45º and scrape away excess grout. When
joints are firm, wipe surface (diagonal to joints) with
clean, slightly damp sponges or towels to remove
all traces of grout from tile surfaces. Rinse sponges
or towels often with clean, cool water and wring
thoroughly.
3. TERMINADO

4. INITIAL CLEANING
The next day you can remove any remaining film or
"haze" with grout haze remover. Do not use any
product containing Hydrofluoric acid. We suggest
applying penetrating sealer to grout joints only to
help prevent grout stains.
4. LIMPIADO INICIAL
Al día siguiente usted puede remover cualquier
resto del film u opacidad con un removedor. No use
ningún producto que contenga ácido fluorhídrico.
