VIS lamp Display of the voltage of the VIS lamp.
T int, ms
Integration time.
Entry range: 10 ... 254 ms
T out, s Measuring time per data point.
Entry range: 0.05 ... 2.00 s
Data rate Effective measuring time per data point.
The Data rate is the particular whole number
multiple of the value T int that is closest to
the value T out.
The measurement of a data point is explained by using an
example:
Set values: T int = 15 ms, T out = 0.1 s
The
calculated Data rate is 105 ms (the particular multiple of T
int
that is closest to the value T out; in our example 7 times 15
ms). This means that the integration will be carried out 7 times
(each time for 15 ms) and then averaged to give a data point.
<Optimize> Optimizes T int and adjusts the VIS lamp.
It should be done
after exchanging a lamp (UV or VIS)
if parts of the intensity spectrum are in the
overload ( > 60'000 , peaks cut )
if the maximum of the intensity spectrum of
dist. water is too low (below 33'000)
Before clicking <Optimize>, the flow-trough
cell should be rinsed and filled with dist.
water. There must be no air bubbles in the
flow-trough cell when clicking
<Optimize>.
