<Suggest> This function sets up reasonable integration
parameters in the following way:
• Slope is set to a reasonable value.
• Asymmetry is set to a reasonable value.
• Width and Broadening are calculated by
fitting a straight line through the meas-
ured peak halfwidth values vs. retention
time. Width is determined as the y value
of this line at the Delay time, Broadening
is calculated as the y value at the end of
the chromatogram divided by the y value
at the Delay time. If this procedure does
not provide adequate result,
• Width is set equal to the minimum value
of peak width for the chromatogram,
• Broadening is set to a reasonable value.
7.4.3 Events
Tab Events of Integration parameters window for definition of inte-
gration events. Integration events have a higher priority than inte-
gration parameters and are used for fine tuning of the integration
process. They should be used only in the case when problems
cannot be solved by tuning a set of parameters from the integra-
tion parameters window.
Number of events Number of integration events (read-only).
<Add> Add event to the list.
<Modify> Edit the selected event.
<Delete> Delete the selected event.
<Apply> Accept integration parameters and perform
reintegration.
