1.4.1 Hardware requirements for the PC

Computer Pentium II with 200 MHz or higher

1.4.2 Software Installation

Insert installation CD into CD drive. Select <Start> and Run. Find

the file setup.exe on the CD and click on <OK>. Click on IC Net in

the selection menu and follow the setup program instructions.
