￭ Slide the tubing weighting (16-3) onto the eluent aspiration tub-
ing (16-1).
￭ Slide the clamping screw (16-4) onto the eluent aspiration tubing
(16-1).
￭ Insert eluent aspiration tubing (16-1) into the aspiration filter
(16-5). The end of the tubing must touch the base of the filter.
￭ Screw together clamping screw (16-4) and filter holder (15-1).
The end of the tubing must still touch the base of the filter.
