4.1.3 Overview of key functions
Key Normal state Edit mode
CONFIG
Open the configuration menu
The <CONFIG> key opens the
selection menu for the configura-
tion of the 766 IC Sample Proces-
sor.
The settings in the configuration
menu remain constant until they are
changed or the working memory
(RAM) for the configuration settings
is re-initialized.
Select configuration settings
When the configuration menu is
open, pressing the <CONFIG>
key displays the next menu line.
After the last line is displayed, the
first one follows.
<QUIT> exits the menu.
PARAM
Open the parameter menu
The <PARAM> key opens the
selection menu for the changer
settings.
All settings that are set in the
parameter menu belong to a
method and will be saved with the
method. These parameters are
method-specific.
Select method parameters
When the parameter menu is open,
pressing the <PARAM> key dis-
plays the next menu line.
After the last line is displayed, the
first one follows.
<QUIT> exits the menu.
USER
METHOD
Open the user method menu
The <USER METHOD> key opens
the selection menu for the loading,
saving and deletion of user-defined
methods.
Select method functions
When the user method menu is
open, pressing the <USER
METHOD> key displays the next
menu line.
After the last line is displayed, the
first one follows.
<QUIT> exits the menu.
HOME
Bring lift to zero-position
The <HOME> key runs the lift with
the needle to the zero-position
(0 mm), i.e. to the upper stop.
Select the first line of a menu
With the <HOME> key, the first
line in a menu or a sequence can
be accessed.
Any data that has been altered in a
menu or command line is not car-
ried over (see <ENTER> key).
