3 Connect precolumn
• Fit PEEK compression fitting 54 to the column connection
capillary 28 mounted on the injection valve (see section
2.3.5).
• Screw column connection capillary 28 to Manufit housing 73.
The precolumn cartridge built into the cartridge head can only be
rinsed together with the separating column (see section 2.7.7/8). This
increases the rinsing time by approx. 20 min.
