Setting up the titration vessel

The titration vessel is set up as shown in Fig. 5-6. During a titration, it

is important to ensure that the solution in contact with the electrode

is thoroughly mixed. This is achieved by

• efficient stirring. But it should not be too fast, otherwise the stirrer
