INSTALLING BLUETOOTH BOARD
16-Pin Header

• The AXDSPL-BT Bluetooth interface will be used for adding a Bluetooth interface to the
MPS-DPSL-BT for playing music from your smart device.
• While playing music the volume can be controlled from your streaming device or from
the included volume knob.
1. Important! Make sure the 16 pin and 20 pin plugs are disconnected from the
circuit board before installing the ASDSPL-BT.
2. Locate the 16-pin header on the circuit board.
3. Important! Referencing how the Bluetooth interface is laid out in the picture,
carefully line up the header pins to the AXDSPL-BT Bluetooth interface. Gently
press down to secure.
Volume Knob Installation:
• Connect the Brown wire (Volume Control Wire) from the MPS-DPSL-BT harness, to the
Orange wire from the volume knob you want controlling the overall volume of your
system. The black wire from your volume control will need to be grounded. Tapping
into the ground wire from the MPS-DSPL-BT harness is recommended.
Subwoofer Knob installation
• Connect the Orange wire from the MPS-DSPL-BT harness, to the Orange wire from
the bass knob. The black wire from your volume control will need to be grounded.
Tapping into the ground wire from the MPS-DSPL-BT harness is recommended.
