7” LED Headlight Adapter Bracket for

Jeep JL with Retaining Ring

HE-JLB7 (Adapter)

Applications: 2018 and newer Jeep JL

with the 9” round headlight

Tools Needed – Pry tool or flat head screwdriver, Phillips

Screwdriver, 10mm socket with extension and ratchet

Instructions:

Refer to the manufactures’ instructional manual for proper

headlight removal.

1. Open hood and remove the 6 push pin clips across the

top of the grille and remove them with a flat head

screwdriver or pry tool.

2. Pressure clips will be the only things holding the grille to

the Jeep at this point. Pull from the bottom corner of

the grille to release the clips and remove grille.

3. Remove the (3) 10mm bolts from the headlight bucket;

these are used to hold each headlight into the vehicle.

4. Unplug and remove the headlight. 5. Plug the included H4 to OE adapter into the factory headlight harness. 6. Plug the H4 decoder (included with HEISE 7” round headlight) into the H4 to OE adapter. 7. Place adapter bracket in where the previously removed headlight bucket was and place one nylon spacer between the vehicle and bracket at all three contact points before securing it to the vehicle with the three previously removed 10mm bolts. 8.
