CAUTION!

Metra recommends disconnecting the negative battery ter

minal before beginning any installation, unless the vehicle manufacturer

recommends against so. Please check with your local Dealership for

more information. All accessories, switches, climate controls panels, and

especially air bag indicator lights must be connected before reconnect

ing the battery or cycling the ignition. Also, do not remove the factory

radio with the key in the on position, or the vehicle running. It would be

best to remove the key from the ignition and then wait a few seconds

before removing the factory radio.

99-9107B Dash Disassembly Kit Assembly DIN radio provision with pocket 1. Insert Metra’s 86-9001 radio removal tools into the slots in the factory radio and pull the radio out. (Figure A) 1. Remove the metal DIN sleeve from the aftermarket radio. CD LOAD 2. Slide the DIN sleeve into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure A) AS FM 2. Disconnect the wiring. AM MENU TONE SAT RDS TAPE SCAN 3. Slide the radio back into the sleeve until it clicks in.

99-9107B Kit Assembly ISO DIN radio provision with pocket Double DIN radio provision 1. Remove the metal DIN sleeve and trim ring from the aftermarket radio. 1. Cut and remove center divider from radio housing. (Figure A) 2. Secure the Single DIN Brackets to the radio with the screws supplied with the radio. (Figure A) 2. Snap the DDIN brackets to the inside edge of the radio housing. (Figure B) 3. Slide the radio into the radio housing until the side clips engage. (Figure B) 3.
