Kit Assembly
ISO DIN radio provisions
1. Attach the included four plastic
panel clips to the radio trim panel.
(Figure A)
2. Mount the pocket between the
radio brackets and secure with
screws supplied with this kit.

3. Mount the radio between the radio
brackets and secure with screws
supplied with the radio. (Figure B)
4. Locate the factory wiring harness
and antenna plug in the dash.
Metra recommends using the
proper mating adapters from Metra
and/or AXXESS.
5. Mount the new radio
assembly into the dash and
reassemble dash in reverse order
of disassembly snapping the Metra
Radio Trim Panel in place over the
aftermarket radio.

Climate Control Wiring

*Note: Refer also to the instructions
included with the aftermarket radio.
For the climate controls to operate
properly, the following steps need to be
followed: (Figure A)
1. Locate the 20-way white connector
that has 5 wires in it that was
plugged into the factory radio.
2. You will need the small gauge white
wire in pin 10 and the small gauge
pink wire in pin 9. The 3 remaining
larger gauge wires are not needed
at this time.
3. Strip back the white and pink
wires, connect one side of the
68 OHM resistor to the white wire
and connect the other side of the
resistor to the pink wire.
4. When completed be sure to tape
up the wires including the resistor
to protect them from coming into
contact with any metal, and push
the 20-way connector back into
the dash.
