DASH DISASSEMBLY KIT PREPARATION

1. Unclip and remove the entire panel
above the radio including the a/c vents
and keypad, then unplug and remove
the panel. (Figure A)
2. Remove (2) Phillips screws securing the
radio/climate control panel, then unclip
and remove the panel. (Figure B)
3. Remove (4) Phillips screws securing the
radio chassis, then unplug and remove
the chassis. (Figure C)

Climate control module preparation
1. Remove the climate control module from
radio chassis assembly.
a. Slightly loosen (4) Torx screws securing
each side bracket to the radio chassis.
b. Remove (1) Torx screw from each
side of the climate control module,
then remove the module.
2. Secure the climate control module to the
radio brackets using the factory hardware.
Keypad preparation
1. Remove (4) Philips screws securing the
factory keypad assembly to the a/c vent
and keypad panel, then remove the
keypad.
2. Attach the keypad provided with the kit to
the factory display panel using the factory
hardware.
3. Attach (2) clips provided with the kit onto
the radio trim panel with climate controls.
