7.1 Troubleshooting
1 THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS SHOULD BE PERFORMED EXCLUSIVELY BY QUALIFIED AND AU-
THORISED PERSONNEL.
I IN CASE OF INCORRECT OPERATION, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM
THE ELECTRICAL AND HYDRAULIC SUPPLY NETWORK.
Alarm Machine status Solution
(AL01) Alarm: cold cycle
too long
Machine stops in standby; a simple
press of the button restarts the machine.
Decrease cube size, check cleanliness and
ventilation of condenser, check for gas leaks,
check position of evaporator probe.
(AL02) Alarm: cold cy-
cles duration dierence
Machine continues to work; reset alarm
by pressing button
If the machine started hot, or the size of
the cubes was changed, check for alarms
after 3 continuous cycles, check cleanliness
and ventilation of condenser, check water
temperature if stable, check for gas leaks,
check position and insulation of evaporator
probe if present.
(AL03) Alarm: no water
(if sensor present)
Machine stopped or waiting for an auto-
matic start-up attempt
Check water supply, check for water leaks in
the circuit, check operation of water inlet valve
and clean water lter.
(AL04) Alarm: ice bin
probe faulty
Machine stopped Check probe-board connection, check
probe integrity, check that the ohm value
read is correct, replace probe - By checking
beforehand that there is space in the bin, two
ice production cycles can be started by pressing
the button
(AL05) Routine mainte-
nance request
Machine continues to work Call technical assistance for periodic
maintenance (reset the message by pressing
the button for 10 seconds)
(AL06) High temperature
at condenser outlet
Machine stops, condenser fan remains
on to lower the condenser temperature,
or water valve remains open in case of
water condensation. (once it has cooled
down, the machine restarts making a
few attempts to see if the alarm is no
longer present, then it stops permanent-
ly)
Check cleanliness and ventilation of condenser,
check that the condenser fan is turning, check
position of condenser probe; in water-cooled
versions, check the water supply and operation
of the water inlet valve.
(AL07) Condenser probe
alarm
Condenser probe faulty or outside
allowed value range, the machine works
with continuous ventilation or water inlet
always activated.
Check condenser probe-board connection,
check that the ohm value read is correct,
replace probe.
(AL08) Evaporator probe
(if present)
Evaporator probe faulty or outside
allowed value range, the machine works
with historical data if necessary
Check evaporator probe-board connection,
check for ice cube accumulation in the
evaporator area, check that the ohm value read
is correct, replace probe.
(AL09) Blackout - No
power supply
The machine will resume operation in
the state before the power failure.
Check the electrical connections and power
source. (To remove the alarm message, press
once to silence the buzzer, press again to
remove the message if within the rst minute,
second press only if the minute has already
passed).
