equipment
 The battery is used
up and needs to be recharged.

between insertion and removal of probe shall be not
too short, more than 3 seconds ( that is, the probe
shall be unplugged 3 seconds or after it is inserted, or
the probe shall be re-inserted 3 seconds or more after
removal).
