Do not use transmitter and patch while bathing or activities which can cause
a lot of sweat (ie. swim).
Ӫ
Do not place patch on exact the same area on the upper arm.
CONTRAINDICATIONS and WARNING
Ӫ
Do not wear the metaReach®CGMs (patch, transmitter, and receiver) during
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT) scan, or
high-frequency electrical heat (diathermy) treatment.
Ӫ
Do not allow young children to hold the sensor or transmitter without adult
supervision. The sensor and transmitter include small parts that may pose a
choking hazard.
Ӫ
Immediately use patch and transmitter when you open it.
Ӫ
Please storage the patch and transmitter between 4-30°C and dry place.
Ӫ
If the sensor is far away from receiver (>6 m), the data cannot update
immediately and will automatically storage. Wireless communication does not
work well through water so the range is much less if you are in a pool.
Ӫ
Unauthorized actions may put you at risk, cause the metaReach®CGMs to
malfunction.
Ӫ
Calibration process is not needed. If you want to calibrate metaReach®CGMs
system, please press calibration button to set up the data. Take a ngerstick
blood glucose measurement with your blood glucose meter for calibration.
Ӫ
Do not use metaReach®CGMs in critically sick patients.
