OPERATIONAL SAFETY

OPERATION AND SAFETY
•  Do not use this equipment if you are in poor 
health, taking medications, drugs, or have been 
consuming alcohol, all of which may impair your 
ability to work safely with this product.
•  Always use the Support Roller in conformity with 
local or national legislation which applies.
•  Inspect before use. Do not use the Support 
Roller if damaged or parts are missing.
•  Examine thoroughly to make sure the Support 
Roller is properly set up.
•  Do not use the Support Roller for any application 
other than that for which it was designed.
•  Do not modify the Support Roller or any of its 
components.
•  Always use the Support Roller on flat and level 
surface.
•  Do not use the Support Roller for scaffolding or 
as a footbridge.
•  Never sit, stand or climb on this Support Roller. It 
is not designed to accommodate this type of use.
•  Do not load the Support Roller with more than 
75 lb (34 kg).
•  The Support Roller leg and chain must be 
securely attached to scaffolding rungs before 
using it.
•  ALWAYS tighten the lock handle securely prior to 
use.
•  The Support Roller MUST be set at the 
appropriate height for the task at hand.
•  Always ensure that the workpiece supported by 
the Support Roller is stable and level.
•  Keep the Support Roller dry, clean, and free from 
oil and grease.
•  Never use brake cleaner, gasoline or solvents 
when cleaning plastic parts of this Support Roller.
•  The warnings, cautions, and instructions of this 
manual cannot cover all possible conditions and 
situations that may occur. It must be understood 
by the operator that common sense and caution 
are factors which cannot be built into this 
product, but must be supplied by the operator.
