ENGINEERING CONTROLS: General room ventilation should be sufficient. If mists are present, provide adequate ventilation
to control level below PEL.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
EYES AND FACE: Safety glasses or splash goggles when eye contact may occur.
SKIN: Oil resistant gloves recommended.
RESPIRATORY: Not normally needed. If significant mists, vapors or aerosols are generated an approved respirator is
recommended.
WORK HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Use good hygiene. Do not consume or store food in the work area. Wash hands before
smoking or eating.
OTHER USE PRECAUTIONS: If there is a likelihood of splashing, an oil resistant apron should be worn to prevent clothing
contamination. If clothing is contaminated, remove clothing and thoroughly wash the affected area. Launder contaminated
clothing before reuse. Keep an eyewash fountain available. Keep a safety shower available.
