9 Startup with Communications Interface / Fieldbus
9.1 Startup procedure
1. Review correct connection of MOVIMOT
®
(see the section "Electrical Installa-
tion").
2. Set the correct RS-485 address on DIP switches S1/1...S1/4. Always set address
"1" in conjunction with SEW fieldbus interfaces (MF...).
3. Set the minimum frequency f
min
with switch f2.
4. If ramp is not set via fieldbus, set ramp time with switch t1 (ramp times are based on
a setpoint jump of 50 Hz).
5. Check whether the required direction of rotation is enabled.
