Start-up / Use
– Important: Please follow the enclosed operating instructions for the four
UV-C burners!
– Only pumps with a max. lifting depth of 10 meters (1 bar) can be
attached.
– Turn on the attached pump and connect to the electricity mains!
– Switch on UV-C burner, attach 1, 2, 3 or all 4 UV-C burners to the elec-
tricity mains! The number of UV-C burners in operation can be selected
as required.

Maintenance
Replacing the UV-C Lamp
1. Close the ball valve (7) for the corresponding UV-C burner (1) (toggle
perpendicular). The other UV-C burners can still be operated!
2. You will find instructions for replacing the lamp in the operating instruc-
tions provided with the UV-C burner.
Replacement / Quartz glass tube cleaning
1. Close the ball valve (7) at the UV-C burner inlet (1) (toggle perpendicu-
lar).
2. Note: The water inlet must be turned off for the replacement/ cleaning of
the quartz glass tube (switch off the pump)!
3. Ensure that no water can flow back into the UV-C unit!
4. Let the water run by opening the dirt drain ball valve (Fig. 2, Item f)!
5. You will find instructions for cleaning the quartz glass tube in the operat-
ing instructions provided with the UV-C burner.
Complete disassembly and assembly of the UV-C burner (see Fig. 6)
Disassembly
1. Turn off the water intake (switch off the pump).
2. Ensure that no water can flow back into the UV-C unit!
3. Screw off the union nut (6) from the inlet of the UV-C burner in question.
4. Screw off the angle (4) from the UV-C burner.
5. Screw off the six screws (11) which are fixed to the UV-C burner’s flange
(3).
6. Pull out the UV-C burner (1).
7. Remove the O-ring (13).
Assembly
1. Examine the O-Ring (13) for damage and hang on the flange (3).
2. Screw on the G1” thread at the burner inlet with sealing compounds and
screw on the angle (4).
3. Make sure that the union nut (6) and O-Ring (15) are mounted on the
adapter (5).
4. Insert the burner unit into the flange. Attention: Correctly introduce the
adapters at the same time into the angle.
5. Tightly screw in the burner unit with the six screws (11).
6. Push the O-Ring (15) to the angle (4) and screw in the union nut tightly
(6).
7. Restart water intake.
