CLEANING AND CARE
Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning. Never immerse the jug or the
base into water. This appliance is not dishwasher safe
1. THE JUG: Clean immediately after each use. Take out the frothing accessory
from the shaft, wash and put aside safely. Flush the inside walls under a warm
water tap to take away the residue milk. Using a non-abrasive cloth and a little
soap, gently wipe the inside of the jug , rinse the inside under the cold water
tap, making sure not to expose the body with any water during this process .
Re-fix the frothing accessory and leave to drain or dry with a soft cloth.
2. THE LID: Flush the residue milk away with hot water, using a soapy non–
abrasive cloth or a sponge wash thoroughly, making sure not to lose the
separate accessory if stored in the lid. Rinse with cold water and leave to drain
The silicon ring / seal maybe carefully removed for cleaning if necessary and
reapplied in the same place when dry.
3. THE BODY: Clean with a soft lightly soaped cloth. Rinse the cloth under the
water and wipe away any soap from the body before drying with a dry cloth.
Never allow the outside of the body to become completely wet, especially the
female electrical element connection to the underside of the body
4. THE ELECTRICAL BASE: Always un-plug from the power supply before
any cleaning. In the unlikely event that the base will need cleaning you should
follow the same procedure and care as the body (above), NEVER allowing
water onto the male electrical element connection to the top of the base.
5. THE ACCESSORIES: Remove from the jug or lid. Wash with warm soapy
water. Dry and store in a safe place before re-fixing to the frother. Do not use
in the dishwasher.
