3. Push the power button to start the machine:
1) Frothing & Heating or Heating: Select the particular accessory for the desired
drink, pour in the milk to the correct level and close the lid. Push the power button
(as shown in the diagram number 6 “know your frother”) to start the appliance.
Both the red and blue indicator lights will be on in a solid state during the
operation. Once the cycle is complete, the red light will flash indicating that you
can use the heated milk. Be sure to follow the level indicators marked on the inside
of the jug, especially when using the frothing whisk otherwise the jug will
overflow and be careful when pouring out the hot milk.
2) Frothing with cold milk: Using the whisk accessory, pour the cold milk into the
jug to the correct level and close the lid. Push and hold the power button (as shown
in the diagram number 6. “Know your frother”) to start the appliance, release your
finger once the appliance has started. Only the blue indicator light will be on in a
solid state during the operation. Once the cycle is complete, the red light will flash
indicating that you can use the frothed milk. Be sure to follow the level indicator.
Note: the appliance does not act as a chiller.
HINTS AND TIPS
Here are some handy hints to help you get the best out of your frother.
Cold milk can be frothed using this appliance but it doesn’t mean it will
chill the milk further than the start temperature
The milk will be heated to approximately 65+/-5℃.This is the ideal
temperature to ensure the flavour of your coffee or drink is not impaired
and so you don’t have to wait too long until you can start sipping on your
drink.
Keep the whisks / accessories in a safe place. They are small and can
easily be lost. The lid has a secure fixing point for one accessory
After frothing or heating allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset and
the frother to be ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse with water
and wipe dry after each use.
The frother is designed to heat and froth milk. DO NOT add flavorings,
coffee granules or hot chocolate powder into the frother any flavourings
