Correct disposal of this product (Waste

separate collection systems.
This marking shown on the product
or its literature indicates that it should
not be disposed with other household
wastes at the end of its working life. To prevent

from uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate
this from other types of wastes and recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of
material resources.
Household users should contact either the retailer
where they purchased this product, or their local
government oce for details of where and how they
can take this item for environmentally safe recycling.
Business users should contact their supplier and
check the terms and conditions of the purchase
contract. This product should not be mixed with
other commercial wastes for disposal.
30 Commissioning the oven
30.1 Initial installation
1 Unpack the Oven and check for damage.
2 Check Oven Accessories.
3 Check location will provide adequate Ventilation.
4 Locate Oven onto a strong, level, non-ammable
Surface.
5 Remove panels & check all wiring and components for
security.
6 Ret panels.
7 Position the Oven with a minimum air gap of 50mm,
sides & rear.
8 Check Electrical supply and connect.
9 Place a container of water within the oven and switch
it on.
10 Record Model version & check against serial plate.
11 Record BTS (UI) version.
12 Record SRB version.
13 Record Serial Number & check against serial plate.
14 Enter Service Mode.
15 Record Voltage & Frequency.
16 Record Magnetron Current Draw.
17 Check for Microwave leakage.
18 Record Heater current.
19 Check door opening on display.
20 Check fan speed is controlling.
21 Turn o the oven and remove the water.
22 Switch on oven and run up to preheat temperature.
23 Operate Oven, Cooking a Standard Batch.
24 Supply User information & service contact details to
Customer.
25 Instruct Users with an Overview of the equipment,
Operation & Safety (Hazards).
26 Complete Service Report.
28.1 After Service
Complete the following checks after the Oven has been
Serviced/Repaired/Tested before connecting to the
mains electricity power supply:
28.1.1 All internal electrical connections are correct (see
wiring diagrams).
28.1.2 All wiring insulation is correct and is not touching
any sharp edges.
28.1.3 All grounding connections are electrically and
mechanically secure.
28.1.4 All door safety interlocks are secure and
mechanically sound.
28.1.5 The door activates all of the door interlock switches
and in the correct order.
28.1.6 The door operation is smooth, and the arms run
freely in the slots.
28.1.7 The temperature sensor is correctly connected to
the SRB.
28.1.8 The casing is securely retted with no trapped wires.
Before nishing a service call, recheck the following
points:
28.1.9 Run the Recommission tests to ensure the oven is
functioning correctly and the touch screen is working.
28.1.10 Microwave emissions are below permissible limit of
5mW/cm².
28.1.11 The power output of the oven is checked in
accordance with the procedure.
28.1.12 The oven has correct 50mm (2 inches) air gap all
round and 50mm (2 inches) above. Air ow should not be
restricted.
28.1.13 Complete the Service Report.
