The following menu is displayed:
• Press V or A to select Yes or No, and press Enter.
If you are connecting the multichannel output to a Meridian
product that is MHR compliant, such as the G68, select Yes to take
advantage of MHR; otherwise select No.
To select internal decoding for the multichannel output
• Highlight Internal decode in the Multichannel out menu,
and press Enter.
The following menu is displayed:
• Choose Yes if you are connecting the multichannel outputs to a
Meridian digital surround controller.
Note that in surround mode the multichannel outputs will always
decode the bitstream, regardless of this setting.
HDMI output settings
To specify the HDMI output settings
• Highlight HDMI out… in the Audio setup menu, and press
Enter.
The HDMI out… menu will be displayed:
• Set Internal decode to No if you are connecting the HDMI
output to a bitstream-capable HDMI receiver.
