Personal Directory (M3904)
Save number from incoming call to Personal Directory
While answering an incoming call you can add that call to your Personal
Directory, while you are on the call. If you do not add the call at this time you can
go into the Call Log later and add the call to the Personal Directory as long as you
have selected the Call log to record all incoming calls.
To save the number from an
incoming call to the Personal
Directory:
/
1. Press the Copy Key, while on the call.
Copy to The prompt is: Copy to.
or
2. Press the Edit Key, to change the
calling party name/number.
or
Press the Save Key.
Delete or edit an entry
You can delete an entry in your Personal Directory when you follow these steps.
To edit a Personal Directory entry:
/
1. Press the Directory/Log Key.
2. Press the Directory Key.
3. Use the Navigation Keys to scroll to
and highlight the desired entry you
want to delete or edit.
Note: In addition to using the Navigation
Keys to search for a entry, you can use the
search feature.
