Using the G65
Digital Surround
Controller
Changing the display
The G65 Digital Surround Controller displays
information about the current settings on the front-
panel display.
You can adjust the brightness of the front-panel display
for optimum viewing, and choose what information is
displayed.
The digital surround controller automatically stores
these settings, even with the power off.
To change the brightness
Either:
Press More until the display shows the brightness
keys:
$6$#INEMA
#LEAR3TORE"RIGHT
Press Bright+ or Bright- to change the brightness.
The display shows the current brightness setting:
$6$"RIGHT
#LEAR3TORE"RIGHT
Or:
Hold down Function and press > or < on the
remote until the display shows the current brightness
setting.
For example:
$6$"RIGHT
2ADIO 46 $306#2$6$
Hold down Function and press A or V on the
remote to change the brightness setting.
You can change the brightness between 1 and 16.
To change the displayed information
Press Display (front panel or remote).
For example:
$6$#INEMA
2ADIO 46 $306#2$6$
Each time you press Display the display will step
between the options shown in the following table.
Display option Example
Source, DSP
preset, and volume.

Source, DSP preset,
and THX reference
level.

Audio format, no. of
channels, content
