Use this connector To connect to this
S-Video The S-Video output of a video game, satellite, or DVD source if
component or DVI outputs are not available.
Composite video The composite output of a low quality source such as a VHS
cassette recorder or security camera.
Component video The YPrPb or RGBs outputs of a source such as a satellite receiver
or DVD player.
D15F The high scan rate analogue output of a computer.
DVI INPUT The DVI output of a video source using a DVI cable, or the HDMI
output of a video source using an HDMI to DVI cable.

For highest quality connect the HDMI out connection from the DVD player to the DVI input
on the DVP1080HD using an HDMI to DVI cable. The DVP1080HD will automatically select
the DVI input and no further configuration is necessary.
