Faster Save
Note on the new Save process:
At project opening we now will decompress the project .pmx file into multiple files (.pmx, .pml,
.Playlist.pml, .DefaultLibrary.pml and .Composition.pml) those files will only be all visible in Windows
Explorer when the project is open in Pyramix. At save time we will re-zip those files into a single
.pmx file and at close we will remove those decompressed temporary files.

MassCore varispeed quality is automatically set according to the current Core load
Native and Mykerinos varispeed quality is defined by the playback streams number set in the
played back tracks setting

Trimming Automation on a Groups Faders will take in consideration the connected tracks (MT354)
Mute is a logical "OR" of local or VCA master mute

Automation and Envelopes now have a slight difference, Automation handles are little circles
and Envelopes handles remain as little squares.
Mouse pointers have been change to ease grabbing of handles and points

Automation mouse editing behaves like the Envelop editing (MT3681).
• Trim on the fly added (Ctrl modifier)
• Write automation with mouse is activated with the Alt modifier (was Ctrl)
New mouse pointers designs have been done for editing automation and envelopes
accordingly.
There is now a difference between Automation and Envelope pointers, Automation cursors
have a little circle next to the pointer and Envelope pointers have a little square.
There is now a difference in pointers when editing an already existing point and creating a
new point (clicking on a point or on the curve)
Editing Improvements
Editing functions are now available in the Timeline dropdown menu (Mouse + Right click when a clip
is selected)
Modes are bigger and easier to grab
Shift + scroll wheel can be used to increase or decrease the track size of tracks (Like Alt does the
zoom and CTRL does the scroll left to right)
Media Manager improvements:
QuickMount is not an option anymore with 7. It’s always used when mounting a folder.
Added Media Manager Setting
New option under Settings>Application>General to “Mount all Media Folders that were
mounted at previous Application Exit”
