Specifications
Using the Display B mode allows monitoring the Dynamic Profile influence on the Release value when the Release Mode is
set to Auto or Advanced and the filtering frequencies are set to 20 Hz and 20 KHz.
Display A (17)
When engaged, the waveform of the output signal is displayed. The limiting action is displayed in red.
Display B (18)
When engaged, the waveform of the output signal is displayed as an histogram. The limiting action is displayed in red on a
separate histogram.
The blue line reflects the release value.
Using this display mode allows monitoring the Dynamic Profile influence on the Release value when the Release Mode is set
to Auto or Advanced and the filtering frequencies are set to 20 Hz and 20 KHz. The value variation is affected by the signal
dynamic content which is translated into a dynamic value which depends of the selected Dynamic Profile. Note that this
Dynamic Profile parameter is used by almost every Flux dynamic processor.
Make Up (19)
When engaged, the output gain is increased from the threshold value.
Bypass (20)
Default Value: Off
The inputs are directly routed to the outputs.
Look Ahead (21)
Unit: ms - Value Range: 0 / 20 - Default Value: 2.902 - Step: 1 sample
This delay line allows to decrease the gain before the audio peak arrives. It's a key point to avoid audio distortion.
Note that changing this delay value may create clicks. Note also that this delay value is applied to the processed signal and
it increases the processing latency.
Link Channels (22)
When engaged, any limiting on one of the audio channels also produces a limiting for the other channels. This feature must
be used to keep the space perception untouched despite high limiting values
Release Filter Solo (23)
When engaged, the signal feeding the release control section is monitored. This allows to control which part of the audio
spectrum is used to compute the release value.
A-B Sections (24)
A plug-in features two preset sections; A & B. Clicking on the slot of a specific section reaches the preset bank. The main
display is now a preset list in which you can select the preset you want to recall or save in the specific preset section. Two
different presets must be used if you plan to use the morphing capability of FLUX Plug-in.
