REFS Menu (I/O & Sync)
This Sub Page menu is where you can view the Deviation and Jitter of the External Reference, as measured by
the Horus synchronization circuitry.
Frequency: The long-term measured Frequency (in Hz) and deviation in ppm (parts per million)
between the signal the unit is locked on to and the internal reference.
The short-term (instantaneous) time offset between the reference signal and the
deal) reference, measured in nanoseconds (ns).
