7. Click Remove.
8. When prompted, click Ye s to remove the codec.
Removing Avid|DS Once you’ve finished removing the plug-ins, you can uninstall the
Avid|DS software.
To remove Avid|DS
1. Click the Start button and choose Settings > Control Panel > Add/
Remove Programs.
2. Click Change/Remove.
3. In the Currently Installed Programs list, select Avid|DS.
The Avid|DS setup program will start.
4. Select the Remove option and click Next.
The Confirm File Deletion dialog box is displayed.
5. Click Ye s.
The Avid|DS files are removed from your system, and the Maintenance
Complete dialog box is displayed.
6. Click Finish.
Your system is now ready load the Avid|DS software. Proceed to Installing
Avid|DS on page 81.
If you’re prompted to restart the workstation, do so immediately to
properly register the software to the operating system.
