7. Click the Advanced button.
The Plug and Play window is displayed.
8. Select the Wildcat Configuration tab.
The Wildcat Configuration window is displayed.
9. Set the Maximum Number of Displays to 2 and click the Configuration
Wizard button.
The Wildcat Configuration Wizard window is displayed. Click Next to
display the Configuration list.
10. Choose Avid|DS and click Next.
11. Click Finish.
12. Close the Plug and Play window.
13. Click OK in the Wildcat Configuration window.
14. Restart the workstation.
After the workstation restarts, you must change the display settings again.
15. Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties.
16. Choose the Settings Tab and the Display Properties window opens.
You should see the numbers 1 and 2. They represent the two monitors.
You will configure both of these monitors, one at a time.
17. Click the number 1.
18. Adjust the screen area to 1280 x 1024.
19. Select True Color 32 bit and click Apply.
20. Click the number 2.
21. Adjust the screen area to 1280 x 1024.
22. Select True Color 32 bit and click Apply.
23. Click OK to the Display Property message.
24. Click Ye s to the Monitor Settings.
25. Click OK to exit the Display Properties.
After you restart the workstation, check that both monitors are set to
1280x11024, colors are 32bits, and the refresh rates are 75Mhz (or
higher if your monitors supports it).
