• Performing the tank calibration procedure without adding
fuel; the system will supply an estimated range value based
on linear interpolation of the sensor range values. This
mode does not factor in irregular tank shapes. You must edit
the tank calibration by entering a numerical value for the
capacity of the fuel tank. The linear readout is based on raw
sensor values.
• Performing the tank calibration procedure with adding fuel at
each calibration point; the system will display an estimated
range value that factors in the tank shape. You must edit the
tank calibration by adding fuel for 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full.
Failure to edit the tank calibration will automatically default
the fuel level to the liter/gallon capacity.
