every12monthsor12,000miles(20,000km).Keepthe
electrolytelevelbetweentheMAXandMINlinesthatareon
thesideofthebattery(youwillhavetoremovethebattery
covertoseethefilllinesonthebattery).Donotoverfillthe
batterycells.Whenoperatingatambienttemperaturesabove
90˚F(32˚C),checktheelectrolytelevelmorefrequently.

Iftheleveloftheelectrolyteinacellofthebatteryislow,add
distilledwateruntiltheproperlevelineachcellisrestored.
Plaintapwaterwillwork;butifitis“hardwater”havinga
highmineraloralkalicontent,thelifeofthebatterymaybe
reducedandthefrequencyofmaintenancerequiredonthe
batterywillincrease.
