9. Turn the emergency handle to move the
buckle rearward until you hear a click. To
move the driver’s buckle, turn the handle
clockwise. To move the passenger’s buckle,
turn the handle counterclockwise.

To fasten the lap belt: Pull the belt out of the
retractor and bring it across your lap. Insert the
tongue into the buckle until it snaps and locks in
place.
