SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other as a
safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will t in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CLEANING:
Before cleaning your lamp, turn off the switch or power source. Wipe the lamp
with a soft, clamp cloth.
ATTENTION:
1. Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before changing the bulb. Never touch
the bulb when the lamp is switched on.
2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
