1 2 3 Hardware Pack 4 1/4" X 3/4" X 24 1" X 16 1/4" X 1 9/16" X 12 4mm X1 Please do not completely tighten all the hardware, until the entire assembly is complete, unless otherwise indicated in the step-by-step instructions. The screw(s), bolt(s) to be used at each step are shown in actual size in the lower right corner of the page.
Step 1 Open the compartment on the back side of the headboard A, take all parts out for assembly, close the compartment with the Velcro as illustrated.
Step 2 Attach Z X 4 to A and B with ❷. A Screw ❷ to A, Screw ❶ to B.
Step 3 C C T S Attach S and T to C with ❶. Repeat the same step for remaining parts C, S and T. S C Make sure that the hole on C is oriented on upper side.
Step 4 C A A 2 Hang sub-assembly C X 2 on A and B as illustrated, don't completely tighten the bolts until STEP 6 is complete.
Step 5 Attach L X 2 to F with ❶.
Step 6 Attach F to A and B with ❶. Then properly tighten all the bolts.
Step 7 C Attach E X 2 to C X 2 with ❸. E The slat holes on part E should be facing upward.
O X X Y O O O E 8.1 8.2 Y 8.3 8.1 Insert O into X, 8.2 Press X into E, repeat the same procedure for the opposite side of the bed with a new O and X. 8.3 Insert ends of both O into Y, then press Y into F as illustrated. Repeat the same procedures going backwards for every row of slats. SLAT WARNING X F F Step 8 E O Correct: Slat curve should be facing upwards. Incorrect: Slat curve facing downwards.
